You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell or purchase a device. By using our services, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or have permission to sell the device.

3. Selling Your Device

You confirm that the device is not reported lost or stolen. Devices flagged as lost or stolen will be reported to the relevant authorities. We do accept locked devices (e.g. iCloud locked, network locked), as long as they are not blacklisted or stolen. We also accept devices that are financed or under contract, but you understand and agree that any outstanding finance remains your responsibility. All devices are subject to inspection. If the condition differs from your initial description, we will issue a revised offer. Please remove all personal data and perform a factory reset when possible. We are not responsible for any personal data left on the device.

4. Payments

Payments are typically issued on the same day the device is received and assessed. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. We reserve the right to delay or decline payment if the device raises concerns or appears suspicious.

5. Returns

If you decline a revised offer, your device will be returned free of charge. If the device is beyond economical repair or hazardous, it may be disposed of with your consent.

6. Warranty (For Buyers)

If we sell devices via our platform, any warranty terms will be clearly stated at the time of sale. Damage caused by user misuse is not covered under warranty.

7. Liability

Vinnys Vault is not responsible for any indirect losses, including loss of data, profits, or business. You agree that any device sold to us becomes our property once payment is issued and accepted.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not accept:

Devices reported as lost or stolen devices with signs of tampering or counterfeit parts

If a device is flagged during checks, it will be reported to the authorities.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with US GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
